Missouri's State Health Insurance Assistance Program is called CLAIM. CLAIM meets local needs of the Medicare population. The progam helps beneficiaries, caregivers and professionals understand Medicare; counsel individuals, enabling them to make informed decisions about benefits and provide assistance to resolve problems in paying for health care.
