Topic: Automated Clearing House (ACH) Receipts & Payments
-ACH items of interest for State Agency personnel and new rules governing ACH receipts and payments
Speakers: Nicole Hackmann, State of Missouri Treasurer's Office and Felicia Hubble, Office of Administration.
Nicole Hackmann - As Director of Banking for the Missouri State Treasurer's Office, Nicole is responsible for securing, through competitive bid, banking services for the State; including depository, disbursement, lockbox and electronic funds transfer services; maintaining positive relationships with the State's banking contractors; and various special projects. She also oversees the deposit disbursement, and funds concentration operations of the state. She has been with the Treasurer's Office since February 1993.
